We do not default to cross-platform frameworks to save development time and hand you something that performs like a web page in a mobile shell. When cross-platform is genuinely the right choice, usually when budget is tight and the app requirements are straightforward, we will say so and explain why. When it is not the right fit, we will say that too.

It depends on your priorities. Native gives you better performance and the most polished feel, at a higher build cost. Cross-platform lets you share most of the codebase across iOS and Android, which is faster and cheaper, but involves trade-offs in performance and platform behaviour. We will give you a straight recommendation based on your actual requirements, not based on what is easiest for us to build.
Yes. We build offline-first functionality regularly, particularly for field crews in areas with unreliable connectivity. The app queues actions locally and syncs when the device reconnects. We design the sync logic carefully, including conflict resolution.
