This policy explains what information Seaway Labs collects through this website, why, and how it’s handled. It applies to seawaylabs.ca only.

Information we collect

Information you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect whatever you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), project type, and the details of your message. We only receive this information if you choose to send it.

Information collected automatically. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of your visit or track you across other sites.

This site does load fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google’s servers means your browser makes a request to Google, which can see the IP address that request came from, in the same way it would for any external resource. We don’t control what Google does with that request.

How we use your information

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone except as described below.

Third parties

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers the message to us by email. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data in transit. We don’t share your information with any other third party.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. To do so, reach out using the contact details on this site.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and revise the date at the top.
