Seaway Labs was founded by engineers who were tired of watching good ideas die in planning meetings. We are a small team with strong opinions about how software should be built — and a track record of shipping it on time.

Seaway Labs is a Canadian software development studio focused on helping businesses modernize operations through custom software, practical AI, and thoughtfully designed SaaS products.

I believe technology should remove friction—not create it. Every project begins with understanding how your business operates, where time is being lost, and where software can create measurable value. Sometimes that’s an AI workflow. Sometimes it’s a custom application. Sometimes it’s replacing spreadsheets with software that actually fits your business.

My goal is simple: build software that saves time, reduces manual work, and gives your business a competitive advantage.

I’m Garret Kielburger, the founder of Seaway Labs and a software engineer with experience building mobile and full-stack applications used by thousands of businesses. My background spans iOS, Android, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI technologies, allowing me to design and build complete software solutions from the ground up.

When you work with Seaway Labs, you’re working directly with the person designing and building your software. There are no account managers, unnecessary layers of communication, or outsourced development teams. You’ll have direct access to the engineer responsible for your project from the first conversation through deployment.
