The first conversation is a scoping call, not a sales pitch. We'll tell you honestly whether what you're describing is worth building, what it would realistically cost, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say that too.
You own everything we build
Code, documentation, design files — all of it transfers to you on completion. No licensing arrangements, no ongoing dependency on us unless you want it. You could hand what we build to any developer and they'd be able to work with it.
We tell you when something isn't worth doing
If a feature you want won't move the needle, we'll say so. If your timeline isn't realistic, we'll tell you before you sign, not halfway through the build. We'd rather lose a project than deliver something that doesn't work for your business.

Absolutely. We have taken over many legacy codebases — some in better shape than others — and improved them substantially before building new features on top. We will give you an honest assessment up front.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any substantive conversation about your product or business. Send us a note and we will handle it before the first call.
We flag scope risks early and often — not at the end of a sprint. If something is going to affect your timeline or budget, you hear about it from us before it becomes a problem, not after.
All engagements include 90 days of hands-on support after launch. Ongoing retainer arrangements are available for teams that want continued development or a standing technical resource.
